And while you’re at it, you can then kiss goodbye to every single college-based track & field, softball, gymnastics, fencing, rowing, tennis, golf, cross-country, field hockey, ice hockey, wrestling, swimming, diving, and lacrosse teams, along with most of the baseball, soccer, women’s hoops, and low-level football teams.

You want a system that’s built to cater to football and men’s basketball. The NCAA is looking wider than just that.
